Hi,
this week i want to tell you about how i got a new customer again.
I needed to change my printer cartridge, then i decided to buy it Online to see how they are processing in Australia with the shipping. I was expecting a delay. But i was wrong: i ordered my product a Thursday evening, i receive it the next Friday about 2pm, which means that it was less than 24 hour. I was really surprised how fast it was even if the company is not far away from me.
Then i decided to send a message to thank the reseller for delivering so quick and a relationship started, i told him that i was an e-commerce specialist and that this question of shipping delay was crucial for an e-commerce shop.
After, due to my strong web design experience i saw many things that could be improved on his website and decided to send him some advises + logo proposition for free!
He liked it and the deal was done!!! now i've got the job and this is my task:

- improve the product visibility for search engine (H2/H3 tag, dynamic meta tag+friendly Search Engine Optimisation)
